According to a statement by the U. S. Coast Guard, a film of oil floating on waters of Gulf of Mexico has been discovered, which is being suspected to be due to oil leaking from a 100-ton device, which was deployed by BP after many weeks of the oil spill disaster in 2010.

This could come as bad news especially for President Obama, who could face a massive criticism with average gas prices going up to $4 nationally and already above that in California and American consumers noticing it terrible to watch their hard-earned dollars go down the gas tank like that.

As per a survey being conducted for the motorist group AAA, it has been revealed that the minimum price that has increased per gallon of gasoline is $3.80. The nationwide average was found to be $3.51 per gallon per month and $3.77 last week.
