DSI awarded Dh400 million MEP

Dubai contractor Drake & Scull International (DSI) has announced that it has bagged mechanical, electrical as well as plumbing order worth Dh400 million in Abu Dhabi.

The sources informed that the project not only entails 14-storey office building, 14 apartment buildings of 14-storeys each but it will also include 148 townhouses as well as 11 luxury villas.

DSI is UAE's leading end-to-end service provider of MEP, IWP and civil contracting services and is presently working on projects spread across the MENA region.

Drake & Scull International (DSI), Middle East's leading mechanical and engineering contractor, has secured a contract worth Dhs 130 million for The River development.

The contract is UAE contracting company's first in Thailand and it follows the establishment of DSI Thailand offices earlier this month. 

The River, a luxury condominium building located on the Chaophraya River in Bangkok, is being developed by Raimon Land, whose majority shareholder is IFA Hotels and Resorts.

Gulf Technical Construction Company (GTCC), the civil contracting arm of Drake & Scull International (DSI), has announced that it has secured two contracts worth about Dh500 million in Dubai.

The sources close to the company said that the work on the projects is expected to commence within the coming few months.
