Studies Say Aspirin Reduces Death Risk after Breast Cancer

A groundbreaking study by U. S. researchers has revealed that breast cancer survivors who are usually on aspirin have less chances of having the cancer return.
The study which involved more than 4,000 nurses, who were on aspirin just to avoid heart disease, had a 50% lesser risk of dying from breast cancer and a 50% lower risk that the cancer would spread.
Exercises Reduces Risk of Developing Gallstones

UK researchers have suggested that indulging in exercise significantly reduces the risk of developing painful gallstones.
Gallstones are common, however, only 30% of cases pose symptoms and complications.
The team, writing in the European Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, cites reduced cholesterol levels in the bile as the culprit.

A research published on Wednesday stated that those who had migraines might have a bigger risk of heart attack or stroke as compared to those without the painful headaches.
Researchers after conducting a study on more than 11,000 U. S. adults found that those who had migraine were more likely to state a history of heart attack, a stroke or similar incident.
