A new study has stated that for treating early-stage prostate cancer, men who have undergone surgery, may not need yearly PSA tests to screen for a cancer recurrence.
Researchers added that less frequent PSA screening among men who are at a low risk of cancer recurrence can opt for less-frequent PSA screening. This test can be conducted once in two years or may be even less frequent when it comes to a longer term.
In US motor veh accidents cost economy $100 billion a year

According to a study released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, every year in the United States, motor vehicle accidents cost the economy about $100 billion for medical care and injury-related productivity losses. These accidents not only impact the people but also the economy.
The CDC added that in the US each licensed driver every year adds about $500 toward the total costs.
Water can help you lose weight

But the quantity of water that is consumed before meal should be at least 16 ounces.
Two groups comprising older adults were put to test for finding this and these people were on a low-fat diet. About 50 per cent of them consumed about 16 ounce of water before eating and the rest remaining did not.

An independent analysis done by leading researchers at Avalere Health, a research firm that does work for private and government clients has stated that Medicare drug plans will have to be taken by about three million seniors next year and that too against their wish.
This will happen due to an attempt being made by Medicare for simplifying picking prescription coverage for consumers.
