Home Ownership Is Not So Important For Australians, Says Survey

rediATMOn Monday, the outcome of the rediATM Prosperity Survey revealed that a majority of Australians posses a common opinion about prosperity. During the survey most of natives have tagged family, health, wellbeing, love as well as partnership as highest measures of prosperity.

"The good thing is that what we're seeing is a very sensible interpretation of what personal prosperity is and not one which is purely focused on what is happening in Europe”, explained the General Manager of Cuscal, David Heine. Cuscal has a name among renowned financial services technology provider and credited to commission the survey.

Mr. David Heine has tagged the findings as a clear evidence to depict the swap of what natives perceived as most important for life and said that non-traditional measures of health and family wellbeing as well as love have succeeded to make their importance in the lives of Australians.

During the survey, more than 22% respondents have rated good health as top most priority whereas 20% and 16% of them have considered family and love important factors to reflect prosperity respectively. On the other hand, just 11% of respondents have still favored traditional home ownership as first priority.

Before suggesting the findings, the experts have questioned more than 1500 people, across six states. While answering questions seeking explanation about good living, more than 35% of respondents have reflected an optimistic attitude towards their circumstances and problems.

On the other hand, only 46% of respondents have observed themselves as very prosperous, in response to a question asking for a description of their level of prosperity, for financial and non-financial as well as non-financial measures. Simultaneously, one out of four surveyed people pinpointed insufficient money as big reason for their struggle in life.
