Leading handset maker, Nokia has said that it is planning to launch its new mobile phone C6 in the Indian market by the first week of September thus clearing rumors that the device is already available in the market.

Nokia C6 comes with a host of advanced features and the gadget enthusiasts are waiting for the much anticipated phone. It features a 3.2 inches touch screen display and a slide on fell QWERT key board.

The device also offers access to social networking with just a single touch. It also has Ovi Store and Ovi maps apps from the company. The C6 has a 5 mega pixel camera with autofocus capable of taking high quality pictures.

Nokia revealed its intention of launch another phone, C3 in August. The company responded to a query on its official Twitter Page.

The Nokia C6 is expected to be priced at between Rs 12,000 to Rs 14,000 in India.
