The National Institute of Health displays a list which includes fat-contained food and obesity as the top two factors leading to prostate cancer.

The men who are in risk of prostate cancer are advised to have low-fat diet in order to have a healthy body. Men are also advised to engage themselves in physical activities so as to maintain a fit body.

According to statistics, around 2,700 Scots are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year. It is the most common cancer for men and around more than 19,000 is surviving with this disease.
