As per reports, the newly launched book by Flora Rheta Schreiber has certainly introduced the most interesting idea of how a person suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder problems.
The book Sybil certainly highlights the fact that the entire case of having multiple personality disorder might be just a made-up story.
However, this all started from the point when Debbie Nathan (the author), in his fascinating book, uncovered the most exciting myth which earlier said that majority of the multiple personality cases were found to be fake one.
These statements were made after the author started telling an odd tale hidden behind the one of the most famous multiple personality Case. In his book, the author revealed an important letter written by Shirley Mason, the original name of the girl, who is the lead actress of the book and in the book she has been named Sybil.
The best part of the book content lies in the fact that for long, the girl wrote many letters to her therapist Connie Wilbur, telling that she was suffering from the multiple personality disorder.
As any reader keeps on reading these letters, then the real twist comes. In one of the letters, the girl reveals that from the starting, she was lying about her disease and was normal.
One of her letter also highlights the fact that from her childhood, she never got the love of any one and she always thought that how she can make the whole world to believe that she badly needed help.
In the meantime, in one of the book statements, she wrote, "I am all of them," Mason wrote of her multiple personalities in the letter presented in the book. "I have essentially been lying. as trying to show you I felt I needed help".
