HP updates its entire Envy product line

In a recent announcement, HP has revealed that it is releasing a major update of its entire Envy product line-up of premium laptops.

According to the announcement, the Envy line of products which has been updated by HP include the company's oldest Envy system -- the Spectre x360 -- as well as Envy 13 and Envy 27 all-in-one.

As a result of the updates, the Spectre x360 and the Envy 13 will boast some notable cosmetic refreshes and an extended battery life, while the Envy 27 all-in-one will boast an overhauled deign and the latest Intel processors.

The update gives Spectre x360 a much narrower design than its predecessor. The device now has a 13.3-inch 1080p edge-to-edge display, and its battery can last for up 15 hours on a single charge; thereby marking a 25 percent increase in battery life from the earlier one.

The updated Envy 13 comes with the option of either a 1080p display or a 2,560 x 1,440 panel, along with front-firing speakers for better audio quality in real-world situations. The battery of the updated device can last for 14 hours.

The updated Envy 27 all-in-one will feature a much thinner display with 2,560 x 1,440 resolution; and will be powered by Intel Core i7-6700T processor. The updated device will boast Nvidia GeForce GTX 950M graphics, 4GB of GDDR5 memory, 16GB of RAM, 128GB SSD, and 1TB HDD.
