Panasonic might unveil its 3D camcorder soonPanasonic might be getting ready to launch its new 3D camcorder as it posted a placeholder for the device on its site.

The indications are that the camcorder will officially be unveiled on 28th July 2010 at a Panasonic event in Tokyo. Someone at the Panasonic’s web team mistakenly updated a page revealing information about the camcorder before its official launch.

The HDC-SDT750 appears like a traditional camcorder but is “World’s first 3D Shooting Camcorder,” according to the company. The camcorder with its image processor and the 3D lens kit is expected to cost a bit more than the
2D version, according to the leaked information.

The SDT750 will be able to shoot in 1080p AVCHD at 60fps and will feature Hybrid O. I. S. image stabilization technology from Panansonic. The cam will start shipping weeks after it is officially unveiled and is expected to some only in black color.

Tech blogs are claiming that it not a new camcorder but the older 3MOS model with a 3D coversion lens. More information will be available only after its official launch. The Panasonic HDC-SDT750 consumer-grade 3D camcorder is also expected to be the among the cheapest ways to get a device with such features.
