A notion adaptation of the radical plug-in hybrid model surprised the visitors at the Geneva motor show with CO2 emanation of 70g/km in spite of blustering true supercar concert. This covers 0-62mph in 3.2sec and a 198mph top speed.

The petrol fraction of the 918's drive train is a 500bhp mid-buildup V8 engine which is common with Porsche's RS Spyder race car.
