Dubai to see the opening of two new Address hotels
The Address Hotels + Resorts will be opening two new hotels in Dubai later this year - the Address Dubai Mall and The Address Dubai Marina.
It has appeared that The Address Dubai Mall, which will be directly linked to The Dubai Mall, will have 244 signature rooms, 449 serviced apartments, and five modern dining options. Apart from this, the Dubai Fountain, situated nearby, is a perfect spot for travelers to relax and view the inspiring grandeur of Burj Dubai, the world's largest building.
Meanwhile, The Address Dubai Marina will be opened in the heart of the busy Marina District. It should be noted that a private balcony opening to the marina is included in each of the business hotel's 200 guestrooms and 442 serviced residences, giving travelers the opportunity to take in a waterfront sunset before slipping off to bed. The hotel is surrounded by luxury yachts, fine dining, and five trendy lounges.
The guests might not even feel the need to go out, as the hotel has a ballroom equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and a capacity for 1000 guests. And for those whose mind is prone to wandering during long business meetings, the best for them is to opt for a seat facing away from the meeting room window-each of the hotel's 15 meeting rooms have attractive views of the marina.
A source close the development said: "In addition, the basic amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel such as complimentary wireless Internet, iPod docking stations, and 24-hour check-in service, are included at both The Address Dubai Mall and The Address Dubai Marina."
